Born and raised in the Show-Me State, Tony Hermann has always been a natural leader and a people person. He spent years in the education sector, serving as a Principal and then Assistant Superintendent at School of the Osage. Wanting a change in vocation that would not only continue to challenge him professionally but would also fulfill his ongoing desire to help people, he pursued a career in real estate.

Tony believes in building strong relationships with his clients by prioritizing their needs and offering guidance throughout the buying or selling process. He leverages his extensive knowledge of the area and experience to ensure his clients get the best possible deal, whether they are first-time home buyers or searching for their dream retirement home or condo.

As a dedicated Realtor, Tony takes great pride in his work and is committed to providing the highest level of service to his clients. He understands that buying or selling a property can be stressful, and he strives to make the process as seamless as possible. When he’s not busy helping clients, Tony enjoys rooting for his favorite teams, the Chiefs and the Cardinals. He also likes to spend time with his three children, golfing, boating, and watching the Lake’s gorgeous sunsets.
