Ryan Gattermeir is a second generation Lake REALTOR   who grew up in the business. After graduating from Westminster College in 1996, Ryan had a successful career in the Office Equipment business as a salesperson and national sales manager based out of St. Louis. Ryan earned his Real Estate License in 1998 and moved back home in 2000 to work with his father’s real estate brokerage.  Ryan quickly earned the respect of his colleagues and exceeded sales expectations by applying many of the techniques he gained from his previous sales career.  After 8 years, he decided that it was time to go out and start his own company.

Ryan founded Gattermeir Davidson Real  Estate in 2008, along with two Partners, Conda Davidson and Ed Schmidt.  Gattermeir Davidson has grown to be the #1 Independent Real Estate Company in the Lake  Area with annual sales volume in 2015 of over $105M and Ryan’s personal sales volume for 2015 exceeded $21M.  Ryan founded Gattermeir Davidson with afocus on internet lead generation and e-marketing that is second  to none, with strong emphasis on customer service and retention. Ryan's  clients benefit from his unique history of being a lifelong lake resident, knowledge of the area and his desire to create a "Fun" atmosphere.

Ryan believes in being involved on all levels to stay ahead of the latest trends and industry changes.  Aside from holding a Missouri Real Estate Broker-Associate license, Ryan serves currently as 2017 President of Missouri REALTORS and is a Director on the board for the National Association of REALTORS  .  Ryan was awarded “REALTOR  of the Year" from his local association in 2008 and 2009.  In 2011, Ryan  was awarded “REALTOR   Salesperson of the Year” from Missouri REALTORS.
